The last number I received was 13860311.I had no problem submitting my receipts. ![]() Each complaint I make is followed up with a Request #. Then the message that they need to verify my account. When I contact **************** I am sent an email telling me the steps I must do. They say they must verify my account and will send me a 6-digit code in an email. I have been trying to collect money from my iBotta account. That Ibotta account email is ****************** and they need to credit my account with the $98.14 that was the agreement. Yet they still refuse to honor the $98.14. They know what time it was activated and they know what time I paid eHarmony. From previous experience, I know that they log when I pushed the tab to active the rebate. It always said active.After this email and every subsequent email, Ibotta responded with the same form letter telling me sorry they wouldnt honor the 20%. At each step I remember looking at the ibotta tab to confirm that it still said active because I was worried that something would go wrong. ![]() I clicked the tab, eHarmony page was opened, I entered my information and paid for the membership. After one week of not seeing the credit on my account, I contacted them through email and they claimed that I didnt do something right. I paid $490.97 and the offer was to get 20% back which is $98.19. On I paid for a membership to eHarmony after clicking the tab in the web browser.
